Terms, plainly
Payment is taken in advance to confirm your booking and lock in the vehicle, by card or PayID, or cash by arrangement. There is no card surcharge.
Change or cancel free with at least 24 hours' notice; inside 24 hours a cancellation fee applies. At the door the driver waits 10 minutes at no charge. At the terminal we allow an hour from touchdown at T1 and 40 minutes at T2 and T3.
