Section 1

Fares and pricing

How is the fare worked out?

By suburb, destination and group size, and all of it is published. Every one of our 65 suburbs has a set Sydney Airport fare for one or two passengers, rising in defined steps to eleven. Western Sydney Airport is sixty dollars under that figure; the Overseas Passenger Terminal is thirty dollars over; White Bay is twenty over. Nothing is calculated on the day and nothing depends on a meter. The full table is here.

Why is Western Sydney Airport cheaper than Sydney Airport?

Because from this side of the range it is genuinely the shorter, easier trip. Coming down off the mountains you turn for Badgerys Creek before the Sydney motorways, so the drive is 20 to 37 km shorter and none of it is tolled. We pass that back as a lower fare — sixty dollars under Mascot from every suburb we serve.

What is included in the price?

Tolls, GST, fuel, airport access fees, luggage, child restraints and waiting time within the stated allowances. There is nothing else to add at the end.

Is there a surcharge for early mornings, late nights or public holidays?

No. A 3am pickup on Christmas Day costs the same as a 10am pickup on a Tuesday. This is the main practical difference between us and both rideshare and taxis — and pre-dawn pickups off the mountains are routine work for us.

Do you charge more for a return trip?

A return is simply two one-way fares with no loading either way. Book them together and we will hold both times; the inbound leg is tracked against your flight.

Is the fare per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. Eleven passengers in a minibus pay one fare between them, not eleven fares.

Section 2

Booking and payment

Do I need to pay a deposit?

There is no separate deposit: the full fixed fare is paid in advance to confirm your booking and lock in the vehicle.

How can I pay?

In advance by card or PayID, or cash by arrangement. There is no card surcharge. Tax invoices are emailed on request and corporate accounts can be billed monthly.

How far ahead should I book?

Twenty-four to forty-eight hours for a sedan, longer for a minibus and longer again over school holidays and the summer cruise season. Same-day requests are worth a call — we can often cover them.

Can I change or cancel?

Change or cancel free with at least 24 hours' notice; inside 24 hours a cancellation fee applies, because the vehicle and driver have been held for you. Flight delays never cost extra.

Section 3

On the day

What if my flight is delayed?

We track the flight number, so the pickup moves automatically and there is no charge for the delay. We allow an hour from touchdown at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3, measured from the actual landing time rather than the scheduled one. WSI has one terminal and the same tracked allowance.

Where do I meet the driver at the airport?

At Mascot T1, inside the P7 car park in the rideshare and pre-booked pickup area; at T2 and T3, along the P1 walkway in the priority pickup area. At WSI, the pre-booked pickup bay is directly opposite arrivals. Your driver messages you the exact spot before you reach the carousel — switch your phone on as you taxi in.

What if I cannot find my driver?

Call the number on your confirmation. The driver is already at the airport and already knows you have landed; it is almost always a matter of two people being at opposite ends of the same pickup area.

How long will the driver wait at my house?

Ten minutes at no charge. In practice we would rather ring the doorbell than drive away, so if you are running late, call — it is nearly always fine.

Section 4

Passengers and luggage

Do you provide child seats?

Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, fitted before we arrive and free of charge. We need the children's ages when you book, not on the morning.

How much luggage can I bring?

As much as the vehicle safely carries, at no extra charge. The practical limit is boot space, not weight or item count, which is why we ask what you are bringing — three or four adults with large cases is a Kia Carnival, not a sedan.

Can you carry golf clubs, skis or a bicycle?

Yes, at no extra cost, but tell us in advance so the right vehicle comes. Oversized items are a vehicle-sizing question rather than a surcharge.

Are assistance animals welcome?

Always, in every vehicle, and there is no need to ask permission. Mention it when booking only so the driver knows to expect you.

Can you take a wheelchair or mobility scooter?

Foldable wheelchairs, walkers and most mobility scooters are carried at no extra cost. Tell us the type and we will confirm which vehicle suits before you settle on a time.

Section 5

Destinations

Do you go to Western Sydney Airport?

Yes, and from every one of our 65 suburbs WSI is closer than Mascot — between 20 and 37 km each way. The fare is sixty dollars under the Sydney Airport run from your suburb, because it is the shorter, untolled drive. More on WSI transfers.

Which cruise terminal am I leaving from?

Check your ticket. The Overseas Passenger Terminal is at Circular Quay under the Bridge; White Bay is further west past the Anzac Bridge. They are not close together and arriving at the wrong one on departure day is expensive. White Bay is ten dollars less than the Quay from here. More on cruise transfers.

Do you do trips that are not airports?

Yes — weddings, function centres, corporate travel, hospital and medical appointments in Sydney or Bathurst, events, and point-to-point runs around the district. Same private vehicles, same fixed-fare basis.

Do you go outside the 65 suburbs?

Often, yes. The published fares cover the area we serve routinely; anywhere else is quoted individually. Call and ask.
