Mascot arrivals · T1, T2 and T3
Landing at Mascot and heading up the range? We track the flight, meet you inside the arrivals hall and drive straight home — fixed fare, no queue at the rank, paid in advance.
The short answer
We track your flight from the moment it leaves its origin, so the driver already knows your real landing time before you are on the ground. Switch your phone on as you taxi in and a message is waiting with the exact meeting spot. Your driver is inside the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, takes the cases, and drives straight back up the range — no rank queue, no shared van filling before it leaves.
A delayed flight moves the pickup automatically and costs nothing: we allow up to an hour from touchdown at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3, measured from the actual landing time. The fare is the same fixed figure as the outbound run from your suburb, and the fare is paid in advance to lock the booking in.
Worth knowing: if your inbound flight can land at Western Sydney Airport instead, the pickup home is sixty dollars cheaper — WSI is the closer airport from every suburb we serve.
Into the P7 car park opposite arrivals, rideshare and pre-booked pickup area on the left. Up to an hour from touchdown at no charge.
Along the P1 walkway to the priority pickup area. Forty minutes from touchdown.
Along the P1 walkway, first left into the priority pickup area. Forty minutes from touchdown.
By suburb
Each page carries that suburb's own drive time, route up the range and arrival notes.
Tell us the suburb and the flight. We quote in a minute and hold nothing on your card.
The fleet
Every transfer is a private, late-model vehicle sized to your group — never a shared van and never a stranger in the next seat. These are the four that run the range.
One or two passengers with cases. The default for couples and solo travellers on an early Mascot run.
Three or four with full-size cases. The step up when the sedan boot runs out before the party does.
Five or six travelling together, with room for cruise-sized luggage rather than cabin bags.
Seven to eleven seats. Extended families, wedding parties and work crews in one vehicle, one fare — not split across three cars.
Tell us the group size and what luggage is coming and the right vehicle is sent — prams, golf clubs, skis and wheelchairs travel at no extra cost.
These are our own transfers — the van at the Sydney Airport kerb, a full boot of the group’s suitcases, and customers dropped right at their cruise ship.
LithgowAirport Shuttle
Private, fixed-fare airport and cruise transfers from 65 suburbs across Lithgow, the western Blue Mountains and the upper mountains. Western Sydney Airport is the closer airport from every one of them — and sixty dollars cheaper. No surge, no late-night loading; paid in advance to lock in your vehicle.
