Disembarkation · OPT & White Bay
Disembarking at Circular Quay or White Bay and heading up the range? No fixed pickup minute — you message when you are through the terminal doors and the driver is already close.
The short answer
Cruise disembarkation is nothing like an airport arrival. The ship berths early, then passengers come off in groups by luggage-tag colour, and the order is decided the night before rather than when you booked. So a pickup up the range is not set to a minute: we take the ship, the date and the terminal, track the berthing, and work with you on the morning — you message when you are out and the driver is already close by rather than circling.
Waiting is not charged. If your group comes off two hours late, that is outside your control and it costs nothing. The alternative is joining the taxi queue with two thousand other people who all disembarked inside the same two hours, holding a fortnight's luggage, on a wharf with no station within walking distance. The driver takes the cases and drives straight back up the range.
Circular Quay pickups are thirty dollars over the Sydney Airport fare from your suburb; White Bay is twenty over — ten dollars less than the Quay.
By suburb
Each page carries that suburb's distance from both terminals and its arrival notes.
Tell us the suburb and the flight. We quote in a minute and hold nothing on your card.
The fleet
Every transfer is a private, late-model vehicle sized to your group — never a shared van and never a stranger in the next seat. These are the four that run the range.
One or two passengers with cases. The default for couples and solo travellers on an early Mascot run.
Three or four with full-size cases. The step up when the sedan boot runs out before the party does.
Five or six travelling together, with room for cruise-sized luggage rather than cabin bags.
Seven to eleven seats. Extended families, wedding parties and work crews in one vehicle, one fare — not split across three cars.
Tell us the group size and what luggage is coming and the right vehicle is sent — prams, golf clubs, skis and wheelchairs travel at no extra cost.
These are our own transfers — the van at the Sydney Airport kerb, a full boot of the group’s suitcases, and customers dropped right at their cruise ship.
