Mascot · T1, T2 and T3
Private transfers to all three Sydney Airport terminals from anywhere in Lithgow and the Blue Mountains. Fixed fare, flight tracked, paid in advance — though for most travellers WSI is now the closer and cheaper choice.
The short answer
A private, door-to-door transfer to Mascot is fixed at between $249 and $499 for one or two passengers, depending on which of our 65 suburbs you are leaving from. The nearest is Leura in the upper mountains; the furthest is the Wolgan Valley, north of Lithgow. Every fare covers tolls, GST, luggage and child restraints, and the fare is paid in advance to lock in your vehicle.
Worth knowing first: from every suburb we serve, Western Sydney Airport is closer and sixty dollars cheaper. If your flight can leave from either, WSI is the better trip. We run both, and this page is for the flights that only go from Mascot.
The drive from the mountains follows the same shape: the Great Western Highway east down Victoria Pass and through the ridge towns, the M4 at the bottom of the range, and the city crossing to Mascot. The M4 approach and the airport precinct are the one reliable delay in the whole journey, and they are the reason our pickup times run earlier than a mapping app would suggest.
T1 handles all international departures and arrivals. T2 is Jetstar, Virgin, Rex and the regional carriers; T3 is Qantas domestic. They are not walking distance from each other, so we take the terminal number as well as the flight number when you book — being dropped at the wrong end of the airport costs twenty minutes nobody has spare.
Inbound trips are keyed to your flight number, which we watch from the moment the aircraft leaves its origin. If you are late the pickup moves with you, and reasonable delays are not charged. Your driver meets you inside the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, takes the cases and drives straight back up the range — no queue at the rank, no shared van filling up before it leaves.
On arrival
Switch your phone on as you taxi in. Your driver messages you with the exact spot before you reach the carousel.
Leave the arrivals hall and walk straight ahead into the P7 car park. Inside, follow the signs to the rideshare and pre-booked pickup area on the left. We allow up to an hour from touchdown at no charge.
Exit arrivals, cross toward the P1 walkway, take the first right at the priority and express pickup sign and follow the covered walkway through. Forty minutes from touchdown.
Exit arrivals, cross at the lights, continue along the P1 walkway and take the first left into the priority pickup area. Forty minutes from touchdown.
Tell us the suburb and the flight. We quote in a minute and hold nothing on your card.
The fleet
Every transfer is a private, late-model vehicle sized to your group — never a shared van and never a stranger in the next seat. These are the four that run the range.
One or two passengers with cases. The default for couples and solo travellers on an early Mascot run.
Three or four with full-size cases. The step up when the sedan boot runs out before the party does.
Five or six travelling together, with room for cruise-sized luggage rather than cabin bags.
Seven to eleven seats. Extended families, wedding parties and work crews in one vehicle, one fare — not split across three cars.
Tell us the group size and what luggage is coming and the right vehicle is sent — prams, golf clubs, skis and wheelchairs travel at no extra cost.
These are our own transfers — the van at the Sydney Airport kerb, a full boot of the group’s suitcases, and customers dropped right at their cruise ship.
