T1, T2, T3 · and WSI
The pickup point is different at every terminal, and it is not always obvious. Here is exactly where the car will be, how long we wait, and what to do if you cannot see it.
First
Your driver tracks the flight and is already at the airport when you land. Before you reach the carousel, a message is waiting with the exact meeting spot for your terminal. Ninety per cent of "I cannot find the car" is simply two people at opposite ends of the same pickup area — the message prevents it. If you still cannot see the driver, call the number on your confirmation.
Mascot
Leave the arrivals hall and walk straight ahead into the P7 car park. Follow the signs to the rideshare and pre-booked pickup area on the left. We allow up to one hour from touchdown at no charge — customs and baggage at T1 are unpredictable.
Exit arrivals, cross toward the P1 walkway, take the first right at the priority and express pickup sign and follow the covered walkway through. Forty minutes from touchdown.
Exit arrivals, cross at the lights, continue along the P1 walkway and take the first left into the priority pickup area. Forty minutes from touchdown.
The other airport
WSI has a single terminal, so there is no terminal number to get right. The pre-booked pickup bay is directly opposite the arrivals doors — not inside a car park — and your driver messages you the exact bay while you are still taxiing. For most of the suburbs we serve it is also the closer airport, and the pickup home is sixty dollars cheaper.
Nothing to do and nothing to pay. We track the flight number from the moment the aircraft leaves its origin, so the pickup moves with your real arrival time automatically. The waiting allowances above run from when the aircraft actually lands, not the scheduled time.
Tell us the suburb and the flight. We quote in a minute and hold nothing on your card.
The fleet
Every transfer is a private, late-model vehicle sized to your group — never a shared van and never a stranger in the next seat. These are the four that run the range.
One or two passengers with cases. The default for couples and solo travellers on an early Mascot run.
Three or four with full-size cases. The step up when the sedan boot runs out before the party does.
Five or six travelling together, with room for cruise-sized luggage rather than cabin bags.
Seven to eleven seats. Extended families, wedding parties and work crews in one vehicle, one fare — not split across three cars.
Tell us the group size and what luggage is coming and the right vehicle is sent — prams, golf clubs, skis and wheelchairs travel at no extra cost.
These are our own transfers — the van at the Sydney Airport kerb, a full boot of the group’s suitcases, and customers dropped right at their cruise ship.
LithgowAirport Shuttle
Private, fixed-fare airport and cruise transfers from 65 suburbs across Lithgow, the western Blue Mountains and the upper mountains. Western Sydney Airport is the closer airport from every one of them — and sixty dollars cheaper. No surge, no late-night loading; paid in advance to lock in your vehicle.
